Rebuilding Yengema & Community Restoration
Touch of Grace is committed to revitalizing Yengema and surrounding communities by addressing critical infrastructural and social needs. This initiative focuses on restoring essential community structures, improving access to basic services, and creating environments that support health, education, and economic opportunity.
Our goal is to rebuild Yengema into a thriving community where children, families, and elders can live with dignity and access the resources they need to flourish.
Medical Missions to Sierra Leone
Touch of Grace organizes recurring medical missions to bring vital healthcare services directly to underserved regions. These missions provide screenings, consultations, preventive care, and health education to individuals who otherwise have limited access to medical support.
Our volunteer medical teams collaborate with local health workers to ensure continuity of care, address urgent needs, and deliver compassionate, community-centered health services.
Teaching Hospital Project
As part of our long-term vision, Touch of Grace is working to establish a teaching hospital in Sierra Leone to expand local access to advanced medical care. The hospital will serve as a regional center for training, clinical excellence, and specialized services.
This initiative will create opportunities for local healthcare professionals, strengthen the medical workforce, and ensure high-quality care for future generations.
Nursing School Development
To address critical workforce shortages, Touch of Grace is developing a nursing school dedicated to training skilled, compassionate nurses from within the community. The school will provide evidence-based education, hands-on experience, and mentorship programs.
By training local professionals, we help build a sustainable healthcare system capable of meeting the long-term needs of the region.
Agro-Business Development Initiative
Touch of Grace supports agriculture-centered economic growth through the creation of agro-business opportunities. This program promotes food security, entrepreneurship, and income generation for families and farmers.
By strengthening local agriculture, we help create stable livelihoods and reduce economic vulnerability within the community.
